"APD was on time and a good price. Unfortunately, they pumped too much foam in an area that caused substantial damage to my deck. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed it on me. I would have been better off not hiring them at all considering the damage they left behind. When I reached out to them, neither owner could be bothered to even speak to me personally. I asked them if they would file a claim with their insurance company and they turned that into me wanting money. I just wanted them to take responsibility for causing the damage and then fix it. I would not hire them again!"

"This review is about Al Eldridge Painting and waterproofing or any variation thereof. I am writing this to help others in the neighborhood not to become prey to these company’s unethical and unscrupulous practices. The owner has no integrity. We contracted with him and paid him a 50% deposit. He did a terrible job. We have tons of pictures. The paint was peeling and dripping. We brought this to his brothers attention who was the one doing the work to no avail. They didn’t prime the walls and ceilings properly leaving tons of holes and cracks prior to painting. We paid someone else to repair the holes and cracks in the ceiling of our gazebo during a weekend, and we asked his brother to paint it again as he had only applied one coat. He refused and got aggressive in my house. I told him to pack up and leave. They completed about 70% of the work. There was overspray all over our brand new impact windows and screens. We offered to pay an additional amount in addition to the initial 50% to bring it up to a total of 70% and make him go away. He has since terrorized our family texting and threatening us with liens and lawsuits, when we could have easily sued him . Please stay away from this company."
