"I was considering 3 companies to do the work. They provided the best deal. The installation went very smoothly; finished in a day. Very happy with the process to that point. Had some problems with some logistics afterward. The papers weren't processed properly to iniitally run the solar panels (it took 2 months till we figured out the electric company hadn't 'turned on' the panels). There was also some problems with the paperwork for the tax rebates that slowed things down. I talked to the owner Mark, who was very sorry for the problems and offered a small refund, even though we don't really know what happened. He wanted to be sure I was a happy customer, which I am. I was impressed by his professionalism. However, I'm still not seeing the savings that I was told. I've had my house energy audited, installed Nest thermostats, and still not seeing a major decrease in my KWh usage. I can only assume that we are having a hotter season than last year; hoping to realize savings next year.

"Chris provided good information.  I ultimately didn't choose All Air as their quote came in higher than others.  They were also proposing a 2.5 ton unit.   After meeting with a few other ac companies I determined that a 2 ton unit was more appropriate for our space (I was replacing a 2 ton unit).  Research, consultation with our local utility and other ac companies all suggested 2 ton for our 1088 sq. ft. northeast facing condo.  After installing a 2 ton 16 SEER unit it is obviously what we need.  The problem with installing 2.5 ton unit in our space is this: in South Florida, humidity control is perhaps a bigger issue than actual cooling of the air temp.  If you install a unit with too much cooling capacity it will cool the air before the humidity levels have been appropriately reduced resulting in a cold, damp environment - not what I wanted.  The cost for me was less of a factor than feeling confident that the company I went with would stand behind their work and that I could get the most energy efficient unit possible, even if the economics don't make total sense right now (1. who knows where energy rates are headed in the future? 2. I'm happy to wear the label "tree hugger" so I want to minimize my carbon footprint).  All Air offers a 1 year 100% satisfaction guarantee.  The company I went with offers a 3 year 100% satisfaction guarantee, and spent a good deal of time taking measurements to determine the most efficient tonnage for my space (Chris didn't) and ensuring that the space available for both the air handler and condenser were adequate to meet code and product installation requirements.  I would say All Air came in a close 2nd and would likely have done a great job.  Chris definitely gave me pointers that helped me make an informed buying decision, even though I didn't end up buying from him."
