"The entire staff at Elcon Electric is courteous, dependable, and professional. When we moved into a new home they hung kitchen and dining room lighting fixtures for us and installed LED high hat lights in the living room and the master bedroom. They were prompt, showing up exactly when they said they would, and the areas where they worked were spotless when they left. After Hurricane Irma we did not have electricity in parts of the kitchen, but did in other parts. They scheduled an appointment within days and took care of the problem. (It was a defective breaker.) This past week the electrician that has worked in our home after the hurricane, J.J., helped troubleshoot and solve an electrical problem we were having with some outdoor lighting. J.J. explained things to us in a manner that we could understand. We are totally pleased with Elcon's quality of the work, the capability and knowledge of the staff, and the fairness of the charges. They exceeded our expectations."

The owner is very nice and knowledgeable, always willing to guide customer towards the right direction. When we started shopping for wood floors, we did not know what we wanted. We researched online to see the difference between the type of wood floors and visited different stores. What I liked about Martinez was that the owner took the time to explain us in detail the difference between engineered and solid hardwood floors, gave us the space to deliberate which one we wanted, and didn't push for the sale. We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"

"Dan and Tony were great ! They were prompt and exceeded my expectations. They were knowledgeable and got right to work. Dan uncovered an underlying problem of a leaking roof causing the rotting of my fascia board which I was totally unaware of. He suggested that I repair the roof section that had rotted away before any repair was done to the fascia for obvious reasons. Dan installed temporary boards to keep any unwanted animals out and at the same time allowed the roofer easy access to inspect the damage by unscrewing the temporary boards with ease. They also redirected a dryer vent that was blowing onto the back of my AC compressor and mcGivered it so that it wasn't blowing any lint onto the compressor anymore. Lastly, they installed two electrical outlets in my garage. They did a great job in all aspects of my requests and I would highly recommend Dan to anyone who wans an A1 job for any of their projects.
