We hired Marcio to knock down a wall, remove a wall sized mirror, enlarge the doorway to the walk-in closet, remove the popcorn ceiling and paint the ceiling, install new closet doors on 3 closets, install 3 ceiling fans, 2 vanity lights, a kitchen faucet, new crown molding and baseboards throughout and paint the 1225 soft condo. He went out of his way to help with everything that came up and as promised, the job was complete by the time we moved in.
