They worked hard for 4 hours and got the ink out of the carpeting and out of the padding below by dint of hard work and knowledge of their profession. The chairs were cleaned, the spots were removed from the carpeting. They did a great job. The last carpet cleaner I had got the rug too damp, but they knew what they were doing.
