Alco Roofing IncI think it went well overall. The original work stopped most of the rain from coming into the lanai, but we still had some seepage with the recent tropical storm (Eta). With that said, Alco returned shortly after the storm ended in our area (within 48 hours) to assess what else was needed to be done to keep it "air tight". Let's hope the fix worked. I was extremely impressed with Gutters MD. Besides being knowledgeable about everything gutters, she was also very friendly and professional. After showing up on time for a free estimate and evaluating the issue with my gutters and roof, instead of trying to make the sale, she explained a way that I may be able to solve the problem myself, thus saving me a lot of money. I can’t recall the last time a vendor was that honest and helpful. If and when the issue resurfaces, or if I end up needing to fully replace my gutters in the future, I will certainly be giving them a call. Thanks Roxanne!
