The crew arrived on time and was respectful of our property. When done the gentleman walked me around the house and explained what they did and why. He was very knowledgeable and polite. A pleasure to do business with. Also had a good experience with the owner. He was very patient since we were not 100% sure what we wanted in the beginning. He walked us through options and did not hard sell us. We took our time, and he was fine with waiting. I highly recommend this company.

"H - I am very surprised by this review and exceptionally sorry that you are not totally happy with the work we did. This job was certainly NOT RUSHED and I would like to answer your ratings specifically on quality/customer service/and value. First of all - we only use the BEST materials, and as I explained to you, since your roofline, "super-gutter", and previous splash guard were not properly installed, the product that we would typically install (and that is top of the line), was not big enough. I also explained to you that our company contracted with a specialized metal fabrication shop to have customized larger guards made for you at our expense and that we were completing the job at a loss to the company because we wanted to make sure you were happy with the end product. I have answered every one of your calls and texts immediately myself and then I personally spent over 3 hours on your roof adjusting the installation of the new/larger splash guards to the way you requested (even if some of the adjustments were against my professional advice). Our company also offered free advice/guidance on issues you have with rotting wood and what you might be able to do to remedy it (even though we would not be doing the job). I am truly sorry that you were not completely satisfied with the job we performed and appreciate you contacting us to help you with your rain gutter system. Matt - The Brothers That Just Do Gutters"
