Amazing company. I called for an estimate and they were there the next day. Great service. Great prices. Worked around my schedule with other contractors. When I was ready for them they came and installed new gutters on the entire house. So happy with the installation and the service. Highly recommend.

I had Express Seamless Gutters come out and install new gutters near the end of January. They looked nice and worked fine until the rainy season hit and put them to the test. They failed hard. Instead of flowing smoothly to the down spout the water is now flowing to the opposite corner and overflowing like a waterfall right over my door. Obviously, I called the installation company and left a voicemail. No response. I called again about a week later and left another voicemail. A week later after not receiving a response I sent and email from the company website. Still no response. Eventually I did get someone on the phone and was told someone would call me back. I did not receive a call. I called back a few days later and spoke with someone who said they would call me back in ten minutes. They did not call me back. I called again today. They answered and I told them my name and the phone when dead. I called back and the calls go straight to voicemail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

Express Seamless Gutters was hired to install new gutters on my home after a new roof was completed. I had noticed that there was a small area where the gutter was not secured under the drip edge. I called the company and I did not hear back from anyone for several days which gave me time to inspect the rest of the gutters. To my surprise about 80% of my gutters were installed incorrectly. We had lots of heavy rain which caused water intrusion into my soffits as the rain was running between the gutter and the front fascia. I made contact with the company and they informed me that this was the best that they could do as my roof is “bent”. I asked for an explanation of a bent roof but they could not give an explanation as to why my brand new roof is “bent”. They sent a crew out to address the issue. The crew arrived and could not believe that their company had done the work in which we received. On that we agreed. The work performed was severely lacking in quality workmanship or professionalism. The gutters continued to be problematic so the crew was called again. They returned and tried once again. This time they caused damage to my roof by lifting shingles and using a sealant, bending and prying on flashing and drip edge which was also glued or sealed to the gutter. The gutters were too long on the corners so their solution was to fill the voids with heavy amounts of caulk. Once again the company was called out to correct the issue. The use of caulk is a temporary solution and will not last under the hot Florida sun. Meanwhile there are areas where the rain is still pouring down between the backside of the gutter and the front of the fascia. As the homeowner I expected what the company promised... exceptional quality and workmanship... My roofer was trying to be helpful and offered to pay Express Gutters to properly reset the gutters after the necessary trimming was done. When the company arrived on that day they asked what they were here for and why did I call again. They said that the gutters look great and that they are not going to remove them and reset them properly. I provided photos and video of a rainy day and showed them the areas that were still problematic after their 3rd attempt. They told me that this is the best that they can do and left. Very unprofessional with very poor workmanship. I can not recommend this company.

Overall it went well. If there is anything I feel needs improvement is punctuality and their lack of picking up the nails left on our drive way and around the house. There were several nails that were dropped and left on the ground.

Two employees came today 11MAR19, spent about 2 hours working and they finished. Everything looks good but the proof will be after we have had several hard rains. The issue I had was leaves getting into the gutters. I will update this review in the next 2 months.

The crew showed up on time and was able to install the new gutters in a timely manner. Most gutter companies required a minimum charge of $1,000. This company replied back quickly with an estimate and installed the gutters as scheduled.

We had a little delay in follow up due to a problem with there phone answering system. Once it was discovered, Alan called, was very apologetic, and offered a reduced rate for the inconvenience. The men arrived early, and had our entire house done in about 3 hours. They were friendly and professional. The work was done with pride, and was exactly what I wanted. Two day later we had a massive downpour and the gutters performed exactly as needed.

My gripe is when they put the ladders up against the walls. they took chunks out of my wall all over my house. They did not say anything about it or repaired the chunks out of my wall. Whatever they used to pry themselves to the roof took chunks out of my house and they never came out and said anything about it. I have a privacy wall, so where they put the ladders up against the wall, there are chunks of concrete missing. I have chunks missing all over the house. I have columns in the front of my house, so they put the ladders up against the columns to put up the gutters and it took chunks out of my columns. I have chunks missing on my columns, I have chunks missing on my privacy wall, I have chunks missing on the corner walls. I am a little preturbed about that. I have not called them yet, becauser we need them to fix something else. They were very responsive to get the work was very good. I need to have the landscaping done to fix the downspout. It is cut too short. I want to see how they respond when they have to fix something. They talked to us and explained stuff to us. I might use them again in the future if they come out and right the wrong. The gutters seem to be working really well witjh all of the rain we are getting.

In addition to offering a very fair price, they did not disappoint, as they were prompt and professional from the first visit through the completion of the work. The new gutters look great, and the materials and workmanship suggest that they will function well and last a good while. I enjoyed working with Allen who provided the estimate and some helpful advice and explanations regarding the installation process. I would definitely hire Express again, and recommend them as an excellent resource.
