"I purchased the special dryer vent cleaning package and with a few days a very nice young man arrived to clean out the vent. The service technician was very professional and personable. The dryer is located in a very small laundry room and Robert managed to pull it out from the wall. Then I turned off the water so he could detach the hose for the steam cycle and within about an hour he had cleaned a ton of lint from the back of the dryer and the outside ventilation vent.
