"Custom adjustable fire pit roaster. I can adjust to desired height to control heat and smoke, it will also handle the weight of a full beef rib rack. I have smoked oysters, corn, pork ribs, and chicken. I am excited to roast a full pig. It also provides a useful cover to keep the squirrels and my dog out of the fire pit. I am extremely pleased! We talked at length about what I wanted, and he remembered everything I wanted done and did it perfectly. They used all long boards where appropriate, minimizing end-to-end seams. All corners are square and fit well, nails all subsurface, and quality wood was used throughout. The work was prompt and efficient, and cleanup and debris removal was perfect.
