"I spoke to a man on the phone and he gave me a quote to wall mount two TVs - a 55-inch and a 32-inch - with wall mounts I had already purchased and hide the cords behind the wall for $325. This seemed high compared to what I knew friends had paid for the same service, but I needed it done quickly so I agreed. When he arrived with a female assistant, he said he wouldn?t be able to hide the cords because of the location of the outlet. This didn?t entirely make sense to me, again because of other places I?ve seen this done, but I proceeded anyway. When it came time to pay, I asked if they would charge less because they were unable to hide the cords, the woman said that the $325 quote was for two 32-inch TVs, so I was actually being charged less than I should be. That is simply not true - we were very clear on the phone when he provided the quote. I paid, but I am very unhappy with the service performed and certainly with what I had to pay for it."

He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
