"I hired 30a landscaping LLC to do maintenance yard work on my house in Florida. I hired them to do landscaping and tree removal and then they also offered maintenance services. I do not live in Florida so I was not aware they were not maintaining my property as agreed. They listed a scope of services I know never happened, they charged a finance charge (it was being deducted from a checking account) raised their prices with no notice . Did not send monthly statements I had to ask for them when I was filing my taxes.. They were just charging my credit card monthly but not providing the services. I have photos to prove my claim. Recently there was another issue with the back flow preventer they installed in December . I asked them if I can have a copy of the receipt of this part so I can contact the company to see if there is a warranty on it . The owner refused to provide it . He told me it’s my problem now and things break and to look for the serial number . I would need a receipt of when this was purchased . I had to pay more money to repair it on top of the money they charged me for services that never happen . I should not be charged for services that never happened. If I have paid for something I should be able get the receipt for it to see if there is a warranty. They said in writing their service covers 38 times a year and then changed that to 26 times a year and then said it’s not a binding contract . There is no way they did the work. By their own records they provided they claimed to have come 19 times in 13 months . These records are handwritten with no actual proof."

"I had a screen enclosure built over my patio and spa. James Brannan was so professional and walked me through all the steps from drawing to engineering to permitting. Paul did the construction and he is amazing. Very hard worker and very precise. The result is stunning - I am very happy with the end result. Thanks James and Paul. Highly recommend."

"Jan 2012 they completed an extensive paver patio, pergola and outdoor kitchen. Looked great but looks can be deceiving. Things started falling in last year and since April I have been in touch with Brian to get it repaired. He had one excuse after another. Early July I texted and he said he was on vacation this week but would get back with me when he gets back. It's now September and no call. So I contacted someone else. Now it is done. It had to be completely rebuilt it was completely rotted. It was questionable if they even used treated lumber. I don't think they sealed anything with the amount of water damage that made the thing start to collapse. Very poor construction. The company that rebuilt it did an awesome job and it will last longer then I'll be around. I DO NOT recommend B&C Nursery for anything. They also did alot of landscaping for us. One tree they put in next to the house they said won't get taller then 10 feet. Not true at all and other plants were not appropriate for the location they put them and are constantly struggling. Terrible customer service"
