I think it turned out real good. I got 3 estimates. One of them wanted $1800, one of them wanted $2300 and one wanted $2800. I went with the one in the middle. The first one I got, it was the first estimate so I didn't really know what to look for, but I live about a block away from the ocean so you got to use stainless steel hardware. Everything's got to be stainless steel. You put any kind of freaking regular old iron nails in there and they just rust inside a month and everything just falls apart so you got to use stainless steel. The second two knew that automatically, but the first one, I had to ask them about it and tell them about it. They wanted to charge extra for it. That's kind of why I disqualified them because they didn't understand the situation. I figured anybody who has been putting up fences in Florida would know that over here, you've got to use stainless steel and the second two did. The active specifications on the middle one and the highest one were pretty much the same. That's why I went with the middle one. I kind of screwed myself because he was the last estimate I got. I said, "I got one estimate for $1800 and another for $2800 so you come in between there and you probably got the job," and he did. If I hadn't have said nothing he might've come in less than them. He might have come in $1800 or $1900. I got a nice fence. I like it. They did a real good job. I'm real pleased with it.
