I had a screen enclosure built over my patio and spa. James Brannan was so professional and walked me through all the steps from drawing to engineering to permitting. Paul did the construction and he is amazing. Very hard worker and very precise. The result is stunning - I am very happy with the end result. Thanks James and Paul. Highly recommend.

We have contracted with Brannan Aluminum on two separate occasions in the last 7 years. They have built for us two large pool enclosures and screened few porches. The last pool enclosure completed February of 2015. The owner, James Brannan, has demonstrated himself and his Company to be very professional and trustworthy. It is seldom that you can contract with someone with a simple eye contact and handshake and the work will be performed as stated and with top notch quality. Their work is outstanding, their crew is very skilled and we highly recommend them for any porch enclosures and pool enclosures.

We live in a restricted community with a home owners association. The association said the roof for the sun room was not up to code. The association was working off the old code and we were working off the new code and this was a communication issue until the county commissioner was brought in. The sun room was built on a raised deck and he made sure this was fine for the weight. I wanted to use for 2 seasons and there was a product to use for the screens to cover and brings it to a 3 season room. We also have stereo and television out there as well. He was extremely competitive with the 2 other bids I had.
