We have witnessed many handyman and jacks-of-all-trade contractors that do not specialize in the installation of seamless gutters and rip off homeowners. They give gutters a bad name with poor quality and poor installation. By training our staff to educate and inform you with the benefits of gutters as well as what to look for when gutter shopping with different companies, you will have a better scope of which company to choose to install the gutters on your home. Gutters resemble crown molding around the exterior of your home, while protecting your home from erosion and many other water problems. I have noticed several drips along the east side when it rains. I have called many times to have someone come to repair the
drips but the first time, they never returned my call, the second time they said they would call back and never did, two more times
I have called and the last time my across the street neighbor had gutters installed and I noticed the truck and called the office
and they callled the worker to come over and repair the leaks but he never did.
Customer Service is extremely poor. I do not wish to have someone else repair the leaks because of the warranties.
I called my across the street neighbor after I noticed the truck was gone. She informed me that she hired the company because of
the price.
I hired the company because of their Sales associate and the terrific job he did in informing me of their work. John left the company when new management came in and he did not like how they treated their customers.
This is now December 31, 2014. I cancelled Angie's List because my telephone calls to Angie did not result in any penalties to the company.
On 6-11-13 I noticed a portion of the gutter was not draining. My calls to them went half unanswered, and half promises to have someone call me back or come by and inspect. It wasn't until eleven phone calls later, on 8-8-13 that I was told someone would be here the following day. On 8-9-13 worker came to the house and repositioned the gutter so it would drain properly.
On 10-16-14 I called the company and spoke with Susan. I requested they come out and add gutter caps to the gutters they had installed. I gave her the invoice number so she could look up the number of feet needed. I was told the minimum for them to come out and add gutter caps was $250.00. I reminded her the original cost of the gutters was only $292.88. She said it didn't matter, the $250.00 charge was their minimum for them to come out to my house. I did not schedule the gutter caps with them.
Oh this is such a long story.... I went with the company based on price and previous use at my old house (simple side house gutter install). I had my gutters installed only to find out after that : 1) During next rain storm, gutters will installed too low and causing water to fly off the roof and 2) one of the workers decided to take my ladder with him after job was completed. Call to company to have them come back out to fix issues. They were not good with getting back to me on appointments or returned emails. When they came back out , they only were told to install leaf guards and not about any of the issues. So I had the issues fixed first, rescheduled leaf guards. Another rain storm came, found out 2 areas continued to provide waterfall issues so needed them back out again for repairs. Finally leaf guards were installed after another call, so I thought. After another rain storm and waterfall issue, again, next repair person found no leaf guards were installed in the problem section! causing leaves to jam the hole AGAIN. Repair person installed another down spout next to current one and caused a eye sore since they were different pitches. finally told him to seal the one that did not appear to work well.
All of this meanwhile I told them the worker appeared to take my ladder after day one, after FOUR WEEKS of them saying they will bring it this day or this day, I was fed up with this and informed if it wasn't returned I would contact sheriff's office. I was told they would bring it next day along with repair work to be done. WELL the repair man did show up BUT again no ladder. After SMH in disbelief as usual, He made a run back to the shop and finally returned it.
I cannot believe the amount of grief I have had with this company. Never would I recommended this pain on anyone, including an enemy!!!!!

MCI Aluminum was one of the quickest to be out here after I contacted them for providing the estimate. They walk the property identified with the downspouts should be in offered a recommendation on the cutter type that I was interested in. We ended up going with a 7 inch K style type of gutter with 4 inch round downspouts in the bronze color scheme. I had going through the process spoken to my neighbor who was also interested and was willing to also commit to having this done at the same time. Anna at MC Aluminum and her leadership has done a great job in helping us understand costs and where they could help save some money for us. I had gone back to each of the four providers and ask them questions to clarify hanging system type got her type collar and so forth to ensure that we were on the same page and consistent across the board with the bids. MC Aluminum actually came in very competitive and at a better turnaround time to get the work done.
When the crew came to show up to perform the installation on the house they're very professional greeted us nicely and also gave us comfort that they knew what they were doing as well as helping us to understand some of the finer details as they were installing the gutters.
They spent a considerable amount of time working on the house to ensure that it was done the right way as well as having the drainage flow correctly and the gutters seal properly.
Of course since the installation is has only rained a very little bit but of the brain that we did have it looked like the system was working. I will update this post as time goes on to let you know if anything changes.
Overall I would use them again if I ever needed to go to work to be done and would highly recommend them to my neighbors as I have already done so.

On 6/11/13 I called and requested the company send someone out to repair this.I received a call and was told the repairman would be at my home on 6/18/13 at 11:00 AM. He did not show up. I called the company back on 6/19 and was told there was "no record of the previous phone call" and someone would call me back and come out to do repairs that week. Later that day the secretary left a voice mailfor me stating 'someone' had been at my house on Tuesday the 18th and "fixed it". I called back and left a voice mail that I had been home all day and no one had called or been here.
On 6/20 comeone from the company called and told me they apologized for the 'mix-up' and that someone would call me and come out to do repairs within a week.
I received a callfrom a repairman who stated he would be here on 6/25 at 11:00. He never showed up. I called the company that day and talked with the secretary. She stated she would have the manager call me.
On 6/26 I received a call stating someone would call me within a week and come out to do the repair.
On 7/18/13 and again on7/22/13 I called the company and asked they call me. On 7/23 Mike called saying he would look into it and call me within a day or two.
On 7/26/13 I left a voice mail requesting they call me as no one from the company had contacted me or come to my home.
8/1/13 I called the company and again talked with the secretary who told me there were "a lot of people who are aaiting on repairs". I told her I have been calling since 6/11/13 and expected someone to come to my home and do the repair.
8/8/13 again called the company - talked with a different secretary this time who was much more polite. She told me a repairman would be at my home the next day and if he could not then he would call and make an appt. for the following week.
On 8/9/13 received a call from Ivan who advised he would be here to do the repair. Extremely nice and effecient worker. He did the repair quickly and neatly.
This company offers a 20 Year Material Warranty with a 5 Year Labor Warranty.
This would be great IF you can get them to respond to a request for repair! From June 11th through August 1st all I got from MC Aluminum Xpress was the run-around.
Louis and Corry, the installers, were amazing! They were extremely courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job installing the gutters and downspouts. They cleaned up after themselves. They went above and beyond with customer service. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters.
