This time I had a major problem (total repipe) that needed fixing immediately. Ian responded promptly and gave me a price much more reasonable than the other quotes I received. He showed up right on time, explained in detail exactly what to expect and finished the job within the timeline he promised. His work is meticulous, he did an excellent job. But the best part, being a single retired woman, is that he communicated to me like I had a brain. He is honest, courteous and professional and I trust him. He will be my plumber forever."

"So happy that my 3-year contract expired! Fire alarms randomly went off in the middle of the night several times, the security alarm also went off several times and NEVER received a call to check on our safety. Many of our neighbors have experienced the same issues, but unfortunately for them, they are still tied to the contract. I WOULD NOT TRUST THE SAFETY AND SECURITY OF YOUR FAMILY ON THIS COMPANY. Asked to cancel the contract multiple times due to my increased concerns of lack of security monitoring. Even when they can’t deliver on their responsibilities, they will not let you out of the contract. $58 a month wasted on this Company. Even when the contract expired, they still require you to sent email cancelling the contract...and pay a partial month? Another Company with an ounce of decency would’ve let you out of the contract after it expired without having to partial pay month after contract had already expired, particularly when they never reached out to check on your family when alarms went off. Sent email to Sharen Overstreet, still no acknowledgement or response of my request to cancel the contract."
