"Blas and his team were very professional since the beginning to the final of the work. Every detail during the carpet removal and laminate installation was carefully addressed, all over the worked area (1 ladder, 5 rooms, 1 living room). The project was delivered on time and surpass expectations on quality and customer service management. I highly recommend this business, for any flooring, carpet removal, repair and / or installation! Keep going Blas!"

"

We used their services for about two years. The quality was highly dependent on the staff they would send. Some were very good, some were not so good. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff they sent rarely stayed mores than a few months, at best. There were often communication problems with management. Days would switch when staff switched. To be fair, they did try to accommodate our schedule but staffing was inconsistent.  The last staff person sent left the house only half done, failed to pull up the top sheet when making the bed in the master bedroom, left tables undone, etc. To management's credit, they did offer to have someone come back and finish the job. However, we decided to look for someone more consistent.

Snow Removal questions, answered by experts

There is no hard and fast rule about using a snowblower on a specific amount of inches, but most snow removal experts suggest using one on 2 or more inches of snow for best results. This will also depend on what type of surface you’re working on and whether the snow is dry or wet.

Yes, but it works best with lightweight snowblowers, the single-stage models or electric versions. Also, you need to have a rubberized intake edge on the ground and preferably rubberized auger paddles, not a metal version. Otherwise you may chip or damage the surface as you work. When it doubt, let the snow lie.

You can also use a snow blower on leveled gravel, but only if you carefully adjust the intake height so it doesn’t kick up the gravel and turn it into flying missiles.

DIY snow removal is entirely free, except for the cost of a shovel. However, it may not always be the best option for large driveways and areas with heavy snowfall; it’s strenuous work and can take a long time. Other wallet-friendly ways to remove snow include rock salt, hot water, a de-icing agent, or a leaf blower.

In most cases, it is best to leave icicles on your roof and allow them to melt naturally. You should only consider removing them if they are heavy enough to cause damage to your home or pose a risk to people below. Since removing icicles can be dangerous, it is recommended to hire a professional for the job if you have immediate concerns. To prevent the issue from recurring, you should address the underlying cause, such as improving your home's insulation or installing roof heating coils.

Snow can be too heavy for a snow blower and cause clogs in the chute. However, having the correct type of blower for the snow conditions can reduce the chances of it being too heavy for it to handle. Another trick for preventing clogs is to make multiple passes while it snows rather than waiting for it to finish snowing.
