They did not respond to us and sent an email through Angie's List that we did not get. They dropped the ball on this.  Once we got the communication squared away and got the work scheduled they did a good job cleaning the house. It was a lot of house and they did what they said. I was not blown away by their service, but all things considered they get at least a B. The timing was not all their fault because we were out of town. They were kind of average in what they did and I was not particularly impressed although I was happy they came and did what they did. They came when they said they would."
