"I contacted Mike today about a suspected virus on my laptop computer. Mike immediately went to work. Mike did an excellent job scanning my computer remotely and found several minor issues, but then found a trojan virus. Mike was very professional and walked me through his process of getting my laptop working as it should. My internet connection is extremely slow. However, Mike kindly worked on my computer until the work was completed. He was very patient and never complained about the extra time it took due to my slow internet. Mike also was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. He offered assistance on how to handle backups by using external hard drives since uploading pictures and files to the Cloud doesn't work well with a slow internet service in a rural area. I am very grateful for Mike's assistance and expertise. I certainly will use his service again, and I highly recommend Mike for your computer needs."

"Had a strange issue with my laptop where the cursor kept moving around on its own even when I wasn’t touching anything. Found MicroSec through Angi and they were able to work on it remotely here in Cudjoe Key. They figured out what was going on and got the computer working normally again. They also cleaned things up, went through the security on Chrome and Edge and installed Bitdefender for some added protection. Everything was explained as they went and the laptop is running good now. Really convenient being able to get the whole thing taken care of without having to bring the computer anywhere."

I supplied 95% of the electrical equipment to be installed and other materials for the job. And although the electrician and his apprentice did a good job, their work was overshadowed by the high price charged for the job. When I called the office, on two occasions, and asked to speak to a manager about the price quoted, I was told that someone would return my call. That never happened. I was given the run around. Bottom line, if computed by the hour, the work (minus materials) was ridiculously expensive. It was an unfortunate experience, one I will not repeat!"
