My sister in-law gave them 1/2 or $4000 to get started and then within a day or two she changed her mind because of the cost increase. They would not refund any of the down payment and told her they expected full payment even though she was told her deposit was refundable if she changed her mind prior to them starting the job. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with WC Landscaping and Eric and Marion Lee. I intend to post our disappointment with WC and Angi on social media"
