About us
We provide individualized residential house cleaning and house organizing services to your home in the Tallahassee area. Our maids are trained to perform maintenance and routine cleaning, as well as deep cleaning. We use green cleaning products that protect our customers and our employees as well as the environment. All of our vacuums have HEPA filtration systems which help people with allergies and dust mite problems. Our Maids are background checked. We are licensed, insured, and bonded. For either deep or regular cleaning we require a minimum of 4 hours per visit. We deliver consistent and reliable residential cleaning services and maid services. We specialize in eco-friendly and green cleaning. We can also clean with conventional cleaning products. Bellow is some additional information about services we provide: •For deep cleaning, once a month cleaning, move-out and move-in cleanings, we charge $40 per hour, minimum of 4 hours that cost $160. •For regular weekly or bi-weekly cleanings, we charge $35 per hour, minimum of 4 hours that cost $140 each visit. •In cases that we have a small house or job, and it takes up to 3 hours of cleaning time, we charge $120 per visit, which is the minimum we charge for any house or job. •For organizing, we charge $45 per hour, minimum of 4 hours that cost $180. Usually, 4 - 5 hours should be enough to clean an average size maintained house. However, if a house requires a deep clean meaning that baseboards, fans, toilets, blinders need a through cleaning, it will take more time at the first time. After the first cleaning, we will know better what it will cost the subsequent cleanings. Also, the cost of our services depends on the size of the house, type of floor, presence of pets, amount of clutter and the type of customized services that you need. Prices will be different for a house that has normal day-to-day living use and needs basic cleaning versus a house that has not been maintained and needs detail deep cleaning. "We spent four hours doing a deep cleaning on this vacant townhouse that required a deep cleaning. One of our maids spent the initial 3:30 hours cleaning and I, the owner of the business, spent the remaining half hour working to make sure that everything was completed. At the end of the cleaning, the client had a few concerns, which I promptly addressed. The client paid for four hours of cleaning and they did receive a full four hours of cleaning. If they wanted any extra time, they should have requested it, but they did not. We always strive to do the best for our clients and we have 35 reviews from Angie's List members who graded us "A"."
"On November 23, 2013, we did a deep cleaning for the member. Unfortunately, my maid accidentally broke a glass lampshade. We train our maids to do a detailed, throrough, and careful cleaning. It is rare that we break anything during our cleanings, but accidents sometimes do happen. I referred the member to a specialized store and she was able to find another lampshade to replace the original one she had. I paid 100% of the cost to replace her glass lampshade. Regarding the accusation of taking “a big chunk out of one of the kitchen cabinets”, it is not possible that this damage was done by our equipment. All of our vacuum cleaners are canisters with hand-held hoses, not upright vacuum cleaners that are heavy and must be manually pushed. The piece that we use to vacuum is just a light hose. This concern was not brought to our attention until she posted this review, on June 3, 2014. Normally if clients feel that we damaged anything in their homes, they contact us soon after the cleaning. Given the type of vaccuum we use, this damage was likely from a previous cleaner who used a stand-up vaccuum rather than our handheld hose. Considering more than six months have passed since we cleaned her home and she had not contacted us regarding this concern, there's no way to confirm if this happened before or after our cleaning."
"We strive to return all potential customer inquiries about services in a timely manner. However, we are a small “residential cleaning” business and due to the high volume of phone calls we receive, it is possible to not returning a call once a while. Also, from the beginning of February until last week we were operating in our full capacity and we sincerely apologize for this oversight of not returning your call. We would like to point out that we did not provide any services to this reviewer, yet he provided "D" overall ratings that reflect on “price/quality/punctuality/professionalism” of services which were not actually experienced."
