"Unfortunately I have no idea who this customer is since it's been I'm sure over a year ago. I believe they actually changed there review from a lesser grade which I have no idea how they can rate us when I don't recall ever working for this customer and they rate us after a full year. This unfortunately has to be someone who is trying to lower what our quality is and can't even explain why they gave the review. I asked Angie's List to investigate this particular case and have it removed because I don't think that we have ever done work and they said they would but still it's on here and I'm pretty sure they raised the grade to justify their intentions. Pretty sad that if you look at most of our bad reviews on here it's not about quality or our guarantee to fix if it's not done up to standard but of people just out to hurt small businesses as ours and Angie's list doesn't look out for there providers who pay as well. It's a sad and biased deal unfortunately!"
"Sorry that the service was not up to your liking wish that you would have let me know of anything that seemed to not be cleaned to your likeness. I would have been more then glad to fix anything that was missed. I was positive that I got everything but your the customer and as always your right. Very sorry again. I did wash the sink for sure as for the rags that were there you aunt I believe was cleaning things in your garage with it so I didn't want to throw it away. I cleaned the oven unfortunately some ovens are to the point that I only can do so much. I cleaned it twice. As for the cabinets I would have made sure that it was done and if missed I guarantee my work and would've came a mediately back and fixed it."

"Sorry I didn't bring extra help but unfortunately we never promised to have extra in the first place. Second as badly let go we have you a 100% of what is expected for the services you got considering the lack of cleaning that has been don on this house and how thick the dust and dirt was. We can't reprint or replace it to it original statis especially when the house had appliances and furniture even the computer was from the 1970s and probably not dusted since then. To give me a scale of a Marine Corp. status you would have to first let me clean a place that was up to par with a Marine Corp. status meeting it would've already been up kept and kept up in the first place. To spend extra time you would have to read the fine print and to take and use a brush that you have given me to clean coils out of your refrigerator is not in The agreement in the first placed. I hope that you have a pleasant time in your clean home that obviously you stated was in a better condition than how it was. We are miracle workers and movers we clean homes and have giving you obviously what you were looking for and out is a clean home."
