I ordered a pallet of sod, and they used gas powered skimmer to remove the grass down to the sand, then laid a layer of rich dark topsoil, and then installed some of the highest quality sod I have ever seen. "I highly recommend Central Florida Exterior Solutions for your drainage needs. They installed an underground drainage system around the exterior of my house using 6" PVC pipes, connected my downspouts to it, installed drainage grates throughout my backyard, and then installed a discharge outlet in my front yard. After the drainage pipes were installed, they brought in several trailers of dirt and regraded my rear yard to prevent water flowing towards my house. They also installed a retention wall at the rear exit of my house. I was more than happy with the entire team, and I developed a great relationship with the owners Dalton and Zach. Again, I highly recommend Dalton and Zach for all of your exterior needs."

"I had an outlet that kicked off and took 3 other outlets with it. I called a couple of electricians and the most responsive was Mister Sparky. When Joseph showed up to look at my problem, he fixed it rather quickly. But he went further and looked at all my wiring including the circuit breaker box. Because my house was over 50 years old, he discovered that many of my outlets were not grounded and the circuit breakers were not up to code. George and two other workers showed up and replaced all the outlets in the house, installed a dedicated outlet for the microwave, installed two smoke detectors and two carbon monoxide detectors, and replaced all the circuit breakers. They worked professionally and accomplished the work with a minimum disruption to my life."

I have been trying to contact them since June/July to do the reseal and repair the pavers that have become loose. Response was that always ?we?ll be in your area next week and take care of it?.
