"Ryan's Landscaping remove a portion of our landscaping and replaced about 70% with new plants. The quality of the plants was excellent and his teams attention to detail was superb. They went out of their way to make sure we received high quality plants. Tanner was finding some of the hard to get trees and contacting us before he even had the project. Hard working firm and they performed great on our landscaping project. They were fair with their pricing and they knocked it out in two days. Would recommend Ryan's landscaping for your next project. "Total Home Roofing did a great job. We had 4 different homes that all needed new roofs. to begin with John Carbone was the salesman that came to talk to us he was very professional. Was very prompt. They were very reasonable with the cost. They had the best warranty. John was right there when ever we had a question. They did everything they said they would do. There work was very professional and they did there work very quickly."

"has gone very well......very happy.....have been looking for a good cleaning company for our home in "Disney" Florida since we bought our home in 2010......it took over 5 years but finally found them. They are professional, punctual and do the job the way you have always assumed it to be done.....been through about 20 different cleaning companies so this says a lot.....highly recommended John Barounis"

Greenhouses FAQs, answered by experts

Eco-friendly materials include sustainably-sourced woods, recycled metals, low-VOC paints, and non-toxic sealants, which reduce environmental impact. Using these in repairs promotes sustainability and can improve indoor air quality and overall building health.

Adding burnt charcoal to your garden beds and plant pots can yield several benefits, but there are risks involved, too. Charcoal, particularly biochar, can enhance soil structure, improve water drainage, and increase nutrient retention. When activated, charcoal provides key nutrients like nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. However, burnt charcoal, especially from briquettes, can inadvertently alter soil's pH levels and become hazardous to plants. Overall, there are better and less risky soil amendments available, such as vermiculite, perlite, or wood chips.

The quickest way you can protect plants and trees from frost is to cover them with garden blankets or frost cloths. Also, bringing potted plants or trees indoors is much simpler than trying to cover and protect them outdoors. Remember to anchor blankets with something such as sandbags, fabric pins, or rocks if the forecast calls for strong winds to keep them from blowing away and exposing your trees and plants.

In most cases, wait three to five days to repot or relocate a plant from a greenhouse or nursery. That way, your plant has time to recover from any shock during the move and adapt to the conditions in and around your home. Some hearty plants may not need as long, and delicate plants might need several weeks. You should ask the professional at your nursery for a recommended timeline. Consider asking about an initial watering schedule to help stimulate root growth and promote a healthy plant.

Minor fixes like patching leaks or repainting are DIY-friendly, but structural repairs require professional expertise.
