Window tinting and window film business that provides automotive window tinting, residential & commercial window film & auto window tinting services in the Tampa Bay, FL and Brandon, FL region. "I contacted them first by email (including photos) and received a reply within 30 minutes. I spoke with Eric, their installer, the next morning. They gave me a quote, and we set an install date for two weeks out. The day before the install, I verified with them that I was still on their schedule. Eric texted me that morning letting me know he was on his way. I had a semi circle window about our front door entrance that needed tinting, plus my double wide window in my upstairs office. He did both. He was fast and efficient."

What a difference having samples put on your windows you get to look at them for a few days then make your decision. I lived and learned don’t ever go with that first choice and think people will do the right thing. So disappointed that I spent all this money and didn’t get the satisfaction or customer service from suntamers! Do not buy from them unless you can see samples! They don’t stand by their product or their word!"

"I was on the market for a security system and this one seemed easy enough to install.......went through the process and some of the window sensors were not working. I called Customer Support who was very friendly and we went through the entire process again...this time other window sensors did not work. This went on for a week or so...then the door senors stopped working....than the motion sensor stopped working...at no time in over a month did I have a fully operational security system. As I was about to return the system I was told they have "new" sensors and they just realized they received a bad batch and are working with another company.....Gave it a try....and same issue returned....some sensors worked....some didn't. I finally returned the system and stopped getting emails.....only to find that they were still billing my credit card even after I returned the equipment. Very nice people and very understanding.....unfortunately their product is not up to par. While we do have a large home, it's an open concept and the sensors that weren't working were no more than 15ft away from the base. The previous owners of my house had a wireless system with no issues at all.....I'm going to be using that company going forward."
