"The estimator came out and walked and measured the roof. Pointed out some obvious soft spots in the decking underneath. Substitute shingles had to be ordered due to one manufacturer not being able to supply them. A large crew arrived to install on the scheduled date. My major reason for giving a B rating and not an A is excess materials were not picked up until 3 weeks after the project was completed after 3 requests to "finish the job."
