He called immediately and was very helpful just by speaking with him on the phone, and was very knowledgeable. No less important, his quote was less than the other guys, and more in line with what the job should have cost. He didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. He was just honest and his quote was fair. When he arrived, he was very personable and genuinely nice. "Merckle plumbing installed my well and septic tank. They did wonderful, they are fast and knowledgeable. Never had a problem out of it. They have also diagnosed and fixed my A/C issues. They put it in words I could understand and offered several solutions. Would definitely call again!"

"July 2023 I was in need of a plumberI called and left messages with four(4) different plumbers, I never received call back from 2. The others made appointments, one was a no show. Benjamin Franklin Plumbers, was on time for estimate and Mike was here at 8am the next morning to due job. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing, reasonable rates, very professional. Will be my permanent go to for a plumber."

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."
