"Called for service at 9:00 AM was scheduled for 5:00 to 8:00 PM service. Service technician showed up just before 5:00 PM. Noted that the toilets would not drain and that blockage was between the house and the street. Notified me that the cost would be $344 + $69 Service Fee to "snake" the line from one of the roof vents. While I considered this at least double what this service should have cost I agreed. Within 20 minutes, the service was complete. Over $400 for less than 45 minutes work! I consider this exorbitant. I did receive a $25 Angie's List discount."
