Wider Drains, Bigger Gains: Don't skimp on those drains! Wider is better, and remember, the magic truly happens underground with that 6" PVC pipe – crucial for keeping your oasis dry. 3. Futureproof with Tracers: Think ahead! Run those electrical and plumbing tracers for any future renovations. Thank your past self later! 4. Expert Ears are Golden Ears: Listen to your professionals! They've seen it all, and their guidance is your gold. 5. Bold Choices, Beautiful Outcomes: Don't be afraid to step out of your comfort zone. Embrace bold decisions, and watch your dream take shape. "Project involved resodding large portion of front yard w/ St Augustine grass, replacing all plants/weeds & etc, in 1 large & 2 small front yard's landscape beds, repair irrigation system (broken pipe & heads) & install new rain sensor, take down dead elm tree in backyard, trim existing shrubs & mulch around them (front & back yard), & remove 2 tall loropetalum shrubs (replace with sod). Plus pressure wash whole house, driveway, sidewalks & clean pine needles out of gutters & haul away all debris. They sprayed all front lawn to be replaced & landscape beds to kill all weeds/plants a week prior to replanting beds & sod, then took only 1 1/2 days to finish job. George Smith (owner) very knowledgeable, friendly & professional. The crew sent to complete work were very experienced, hardworking & Pedro (headed crew) patient w/ all my questions & concerns. All work exceeded my expectations & was surprised that pressure washing included all of my white vinyl fencing in front & back yards."

"As a master gardener, I was impressed that they correctly identified dormant plants and herbs that were brown from winter's cold. Who does that! I didn't have to explain what to remove or what to trim. They knew and also moved crowded plants to better suited areas. Removed invasive "volunteers plants that somehow moved in. Hard working, careful and caring. I plan to have them return throughout the year for maintenance. Also plan to recommend to my friends."

"I must admit that in 23years at my house hiring different contractors for different jobs, these guys were the best. As a team they worked together as one. No arguing or fussing amongst each other or by their car smoking pot as I have seen with the other contractors' crews. Very respectful, helpful easy to get along with and ask questions. I normally don't leave much of a comment but for these guys I will go out of my way as they did to get my job done right. The fountain is unmovable, so they had to work around it and get the curve of the driveway in the middle as much as possible. My hat off to them and 2 thumbs up."
