In my case, I have an older house, which still had an original threshold on one of the main entry doors. It was in bad shape and there was too much air coming in at the bottom. Mr. Roddy advised me on what hardware to buy, and came and performed the job. As with older houses, sometimes the job requires more work. He did not hesitate and removed the door, trimmed the bottom to square it up with the new threshold. He even volunteered to put paint on the top and bottom edges of the door to seal it from dampness.
