Mitch and his crew replaced my decking and the finished product looks outstanding. They charged a fair price and kept me informed as to the progress and did identify hidden issues that I was expecting but, wasn't sure how bad they were. He was completely fair in pricing and completed the job in the time he estimated. Will use again!

Excellently!!!! Fair Price is an outstanding group of professionals to work with. Mitch Hanlon and his crew were detailed in what they planned to do and achieved the finished product exactly as I imagined my dream project would be. Everything was explained, and they checked with me throughout the job to make sure I was happy with the progress. They are very well qualified with exemplary and creative woodworking skills. You can tell they enjoy what they do. The work of art they created is just beautiful. Several people have taken pictures of the pergola and have asked for the name of the company that built it. I have another large project Fair Price will be building in the near future and can't wait to see the result of their beautiful workmanship again. I highly recommend this company with its reasonable fees, talent, and superior results.

They were able to come a week early because they were ahead of schedule.  Amazingly fast.  I had 40 feet of wooden privacy fence across the back yard completely removed and replaced, along with 35 feet of fencing across the side yard.  It was all finished within 2 and a half hours.  An hour after they left someone came by and picked up all the debris and hauled it off.  Fast, efficient, and competitively priced.

Fence was not reinstalled with the pickets perpendicular to the ground, in other words, the pickets now lean to the right instead of being straight up.  I called to express my concerns and was actually laughed at. Very unprofessional and rude!! I just hung up. Nothing I could say in the face of such rudeness. 
I know how the fence could have been put back up straight. One would think that the fence company could also figure this out. 
Poor quality of work.  
They did replace broken pickets all around the fence. They did put the screws in place,   So I was over charged in relation to the quality of the work.

He's very easy to communicate with and honest. So far the project has gone very well with no hiccups. He does a good job and is very apt at problem solving.
