"A steel pillar supporting our big backyard deck was rusted and broken. I was a little panicked and called Ryan. He listened carefully and came to check the second day. He took the difficulty to go under the slate to make sure other pillars are ok and did this carefully and thoroughly. We are relieved that only the broken one needed to be placed. Ryan did a wonderful job; the replacement looks very beautiful and authentic. Ryan was very professional, patient and polite. He made sure the working area was clean before he left.
