I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. Overall I am very pleased with the result and will hire them again the next time I need carpets or tile cleaned. The price was a bargain for the amount of carpet cleaned and the result."

"AdvantaClean was hired to clean the air ducts and dryer vent at our home. We had done several renovations since buying the home and needed the ducts cleaned from sheetrock and concrete dust. The team did an excellent. job. They were professional, courteous, responsible and thoughtful. They protected the environment and cleaned up afterwards. They sent us pictures of the before and after so we could see exactly what was done. They were on time and worked diligently to complete the process in a timely fashion. "Outside AC unit was making a loud noise when turning off. Scheduled an appoint on their website to get a quote for a new system. Hugh promptly emailed me to schedule an appointment. Got a text and call when Hugh was on the way to my house. He arrived on time and brought tools to investigate my issue. Hugh quickly identified the issue being the fan blades falling apart. No pressure from him to get a new system and instead he recommended fixing the blades to get another season out of it. Hugh was able to quickly find a replacement and worked with me to schedule someone for the next day to replace the blades since it was already late in the day. The next day I got a text and call from Thomas when he was on his way. Thomas showed up on time and got to work. Thomas did an excellent job replacing the blades and cleaning up. The price for the parts and labor was affordable. Both Hugh and Thomas were very friendly, very knowledgeable, and here when they said they would be. Will be recommending them to everyone."
