He and his wife are quite the team, friendly, efficient, and incredibly talented. They worked room to room, carefully moving furniture and professionally installing, caulking, and painting each area. Their attention to detail shows! Throughout the project, they carefully ensured everything was neat and clean. I am so excited to have such incredible trim and baseboards I can be proud of again. "It has now been 1 1/2 years and they have still not fixed my shutters. I ordered divider rail plantation shutters for 3 windows in early 2024. They were eventually installed in September, 3 months late. However, only one window had the divider rail in the shutter. Here we are, almost 14 months later, numerous phone calls, texts, etc. promises of when the shutters will be fix, manufacturing delay excuses, and finally totally ignoring me. It seems that if everything goes well they do a good job. But they do not stand behind their work. If things don't go well don't expect anyone to address the issue. It is just not hard to get new, divider shutters and replace what they put in my windows. I can not recommend them. No integrity at all. "
