The installer and designer Valerie met at my house to install 3 sets of drapery hardware and one set of draperies consisting of 3 panels. I originally met at the shop to discuss my project and after that Valerie, the designer made trips to the house to choose fabrics, styles and hardware and brought samples of everything with her. I have two more sets of draperies and hardware to install once they are finished fabricating them. Valerie had great ideas and really listened to my wants and desires. She kept me focused and we worked well as a team. The installer did a flawless job installing and hanging the drapes.

I called the office and set up an appointment for Valerie to come and show me fabric, designs and also give me a quote. When Valerie arrived she had a large selection of books containing samples of fabrics. She asked me about my budget and also what styles I liked. She showed me pictures of styles I had mentioned. She also seemed very knowledgeable about the fabric and what would go with the styles I choose. After making my selection, and accepting the quote, I had a change of mind and it was necessary for Valerie to return and make changes. She returned about 2 days later and had no problems making my changes.
Valerie said it would take about 8 weeks, but the window treatments were ready in 6 weeks. We set up a day for installation, and they arrived promptly and did the installation. I have to say that every window looks great. The window treatments are beautiful, and the quality is excellent. The whole process went very smoothly, and everyone I dealt with in the office, the installation and the service was very professional and easy to work with.

I had the wooden arch frame but I needed new sheer fabric. They were very helpful in the selection of a new fabric. Quality work was performed and very pleased with the outcome.

Very happy with my drapes. They look great and fit well. Installation was very professionally done and they fixed my broken shade cord for no extra charge. Very nice people to deal with! Prices are a little high, but the quality and workmanship are exemplary and worth the cost. I've had custom drapes from other companies in the past and they weren't nearly as well made as those made by the Drapery Company.

Loved working with The Drapery Co. The work was first class. Their designers were creative, patient, knowledgable. I had a bad exp. with another designer/company and was hesitant about doing business with someone I did not know. I will always go to The Drapery Co first. Not only did they do a first class job on their design, they helped me fix the 'mess' from the first designer. They take their work and the customer's satisfaction seriously.

These folks are great! A prev exp with a different designer had been a bad one, so I was very skeptical. But out of desperation I finally gave The Drapery Co. a try and I am so glad I did. They were patient, creative, knowledgable, punctual. The quality end products were first quality. They even fixed the 'mess' from the 1st desinger. I'm picky. Just am. Work hard for my $ and I don't like throwing it away. I will always call these folks first.

It was extremely expensive for such tiny windows. The service was good and they came on time, but I am disappointed with the price. They had to come back because the first ones were too skimpy. I would hesitate to use them.

Muna brought several fabric books to my new house, we talked about our taste and budget, we picked fabrics, and she followed up with a quote by email and power point presentation with suggestions of what to do with each of three rooms of window treatments. She took measurements, talked about heardward, took 1/2 to place the order, quoted me 5 weeks to have my drapes done, and 9/W's of the job is complete today at 4 weeks since I ordered. She will put up the final cornice board this week when it is complete. I have already placed an order for another two rooms with different fabric and different window treatments in each of those rooms. She is great, her staff is great, she returns calls promptly, and I felt her prices were very fair.
