"Brad came out and helped us with a repair to our fascia boards on our mother in law suite. He and his team also installed much needed soffits. Brad was extremely professional, friendly, and got the project done with a close attention to detail in a very timely manner. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. We would absolutely recommend reaching out to Warner for any installation or repair needs!"

"Mike definitely took care of the problem. He was punctual, started the job without any hesitation, knew exactly what the problem was and the job was completed quickly. It created a little mess, but not a trace of it was left behind. I’ve already given his name to a friend of mine. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He’s honest and very fair with his prices."

"Steve Booth did an outstanding job putting together my new kitchen faucet and installing it. He also fixed the garbage disposal and it’s working beautifully. Steve is an honest, respectful and responsible person. If I ever needed a handyman service, I would hire Steve again. I highly recommend his service to anyone."

"Required much more effort than planned to install the new faucet. Had to retrofit the old bathroom sink to accept the new faucet, by expanding the center hole in the porcelain sink. This was done without any issues and the new faucet works great."

Bathroom Fan Installation questions, answered by experts

Yes, you can lubricate a ceiling fan without taking it apart. Ensure the fan is off and clean any dust around the motor area before lubricating. Apply several drops of machine oil to the top of the motor housing where the shaft enters or via the oil ports if available. Regular lubrication helps maintain smooth operation and reduces noise. If your fan lacks an accessible oil port, it may require disassembly or professional maintenance.

Exhaust fans push air out of spaces, removing moisture, heat, odors, and pollutants. They vent air outside through ducts, preventing mold and improving air quality. Unlike ventilation fans, which circulate fresh air in and out, exhaust fans focus solely on expelling unwanted indoor air.

WD-40 in its liquid or aerosol form is highly flammable. Using it around live electrical parts, such as a bath fan, can generate fire and a dangerous condition. However, if you follow proper safety procedures, including disconnecting the power to the fan before working on it, WD-40 can help remove some of the grime that builds up in your bath fan.

In short, no. You can use the square footage range chart in this article to determine the right size ceiling fan for both indoor and outdoor spaces. However, weather elements can damage types of ceiling fans that aren't designed for outdoor use, so your ceiling fan should be weather-resistant if you plan to install it outside.

Solar attic fans work in winter, but they serve a different purpose than they do in summer. During the colder months of the year, these fans improve air circulation within your attic, which helps remove condensation and moisture to prevent mold growth and protect your insulation and the structure of your home.
