"Absolutely blown away by these folks. We have a townhome at Boca West (vacation home). When we removed a wardrobe from the bedroom, as we suspected, the installers of the new carpeting had not carpeted under it. Fortunately, we had a remnant of the new carpeting and called Word of Mouth Carpet to patch in the new carpeting. I'll let the pictures do the talking. These two gentlemen that came were prompt, honest, and highly skilled. Their price was fair. They explained that the carpet we were patching in was directional carpeting and we might notice the difference. Can you see the difference?! I can't! I'm over the moon."

"The initial contact with Pride Flooring was for someone to come to the home for an estimate on getting the stairway re-carpeted.  Marc Amore came to the house.  He brought a variety of carpeting samples normally used for stairs.  He was very nice and professional.  Showed me all the samples and explained the degree of quality for each.  He didn't just try to get me to go with the most expensive.  I did eventually go with the more expensive one but it was obviously better quality.  I gave him the down payment that day.  He said it would take 3-4 days for the order to come in after he ordered it.  Once it came in I scheduled the installation for the following Saturday.  Marc called me early that morning to let me know the installers were on their way.  They arrived as he said, a little before 9am.  They were punctual, very hard-working gentlemen.  They were always very respectful of my home.  From the moment they arrived to about 330p, they NEVER stopped.  They took no breaks whatsoever.  I'd supply them with water and coffee.  They'd drink it while working.  They even had to re-carpet the sides.  After the finished, the installation was really beautiful.  They really knew what they were doing.  They worked methodically and were personable, friendly, and respectful.  After they completed the installation, they picked up everything and did all the cleanup.  They left the house wonderful.  I gave them something to eat after they were all done and they were really appreciative.    I hope they get paid well.  A business is only as good as it's workers (or sub-contractors).  When you have great workers, share the wealth.  It's well worth it to keep a business profitable with happy workers too.  I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone.  All went really smooth.
