"We needed some landscaping done after finishing some outdoor plumbing problems. I contacted several Landscaping Designers and contracted with Pristine Landscapers to complete the job. I have never been so satisfied with a company doing work for me. Sue came to look at the area and was fantastic in our first discussion. She not only talked with us concerning the area and possibilities but listened to our concerns and desires. That first day she spent quite a bit of time with us. The discussion was very positive and the communication was excellent. She sent us a proposal and followed up with a telephone call to talk about any concerns or changes we might want. Sue was in contact with us regularly prior to the scheduled project start time. Then the BIG day came. She and her crew came on time and started the project. I have worked with many people over my 81 years and I have to say Sue really impressed me along with her crew. They were very nice and all communicated with us extremely well. Sue told us that the project would take 2 days and that is exactly what it took. As we started our project it became apparent that we needed some sprinkler work completed and Sue was able to put us in touch with someone who came immediately and completed the work. She knew the right professional to do the job. Pristine Landscapes is a wonderful top of the line Design company. Everything that was promised was fulfilled and in the most professional manner. We love our backyard. It looks elegant, spacious, and speaks of the professional designing they accomplished. The cost matched the value. Any one who needs landscape designing should contact them because they are the BEST."

"Mr. Rogers did the project incorrectly. He was a bit dismissive as he somewhat of a know it all. That attitude had him put the wrong tree in as he would not listen to me. I told him the city was very specific in what they wanted as they sent me 7 pages of what to do putting the tree in. He not only put in the ring tree but put it in incorrectly. He broke our sprinkler line in putting in the tree and didn?t offer anything to repair it. We reached out to him to correct and he gave my wife excuse after excuse for weeks until he quit answering her calls. I am going to take him to shall claims court just out of the principle of the matter. Unless it is simpleton work I would not hire him to do anything. I am going to fix the job myself because I can read and follow directions, something he couldn?t do. "

"Alex and his coworker responded to my request for a bid very quickly. He came that afternoon to my home and gave me a reasonable estimate. We discussed the Lawn and what I wanted, the different sections, and the type of grass I wanted to use. We agreed and three days later he installed my sod. He and his coworker worked very cleanly and kept the area free from debris. They removed all my old Dead grass and weeds and replaced it with fresh new Floratam Sod. They worked all day installing several pallets. I would definitely use them again as reflected in my five star rating. Use this company, you will not be disappointed."
