Rod came in and was able to describe how their product works, gave a live test sample, then explained that they will use as much solution as necessary to stop all water from entering my basement. After 3 days worth of locating and filling cracks & air pockets with their material, it appears that my basement no longer will see flooding every time it rains. They have been adamant about the quality of their product and have given me the piece of mind knowing that they will return as many times as needed in order to ensure that our problem will not return. Add all of this on top of their warranty and I can happily say that their service has been well worth the money spent. I would recommend Rod & his crew to anyone in need of waterproofing any leaks in their basement who are willing to spend their money on a product & service that cannot be matched."

As annoying and disruptive as something like this can and will be, all in all it wasnâ t nearly as bad as I anticipated, mainly due to Brian, the lead. He was informative, asked my opinion, explained why things were done as they were, and went over and above to keep me in the loop. Both he and Corey were respectful and pleasant at all times. As you can imagine, as a woman living alone, it is difficult to have male workers in and out of the house. At no time was I concerned. Yes, this experience was a bit disruptive and I knew it would be â ¦ but it was ever so less painful and disruptive than I thought it would be and I thank Brian for that. And, I no longer have to worry about water in my house from hurricanes. May I also say that the response from this company was exceptional. I entered my information into their website the day after the hurricane hit. Within 15 to 20 minutes, I received a phone call from the CEO. We talked a bit and he made an appointment for the next week. He kept me informed by text as to his arrival time and arrived when he said he would. He told me what the company would do and sent a contract to me which I signed. I was given a start date and it never changed. The work that was done by the team that arrived was what he said would happen. How incredibly refreshing that a company actually did what they say they would do in the timeframe that was set. Thank you again. I hope I am never in the position to need this companyâ s services again. ð But, for anyone else out there who is, I donâ t believe you could do much better than Advanced Environmental Services. Five stars are not enough."

"Kory was very responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. His was the lowest by far of the three estimates I received for insulating the top floor in our 1 1/2 story house. He offered a veteran's discount because of my husband's service in the navy. He also completed the testing and paperwork needed for us to get a significant rebate from our natural gas provider. We were able to schedule the work within a week of his coming out for an an estimate. The only criticism I have is that the blow-in insulation is pretty messy and, in spite of Kory's earnest efforts to clean up, I did end up needing to vacuum again, dust, and brush bits of insulation off the clothes in our closet. Perhaps covering things with a drop cloth would help. I also hired Kory to do a mold remediation project in a small unfinished workroom in our basement."
