Welcome to Central West Coast Builders LLC. where we specialize in superior customer service along with turn key build projects that you will be proud of. We have been in the construction industry since we were young men. That's a straight 40 years experience for both Russ and Michael the contractor. That's 80 years combined experience in all phases of home building and construction in general. We have the "actual experience" of doing the work as carpenters and masons to managing and building these beautiful projects. Over the years of working in the construction business we have built and worked on thousands of homes and now most of the homes that we build around the coast achieve 190 mph+ wind ratings. We have a strong geological back ground that allows us to build in areas that others can't. (Many of our homes are supported all the way down to the limestone.) Before construction we do deep SBT drilling to rule out any unseen sinkhole or raveling soil conditions that are so prevalent all throughout Florida. Most builders do 20' if any at all. (Why is that important, call me) We have seen and built so many homes over the years that we have thousands of design ideas. AND... We can typically get you a rate up to two points lower than most of the other Construction Perm Loans and/or builders.
