With multiple service levels to select from, one is sure to match your wants, needs, and budget. Home additions are considered if the added area will be 500sq.ft. or larger. Services are not offered for projects in which construction has started without a building permit, no exceptions.
"Warren was very responsive. He listened carefully to us and prepared house plans that were absolutely right on to what we wanted and what we told him. He counselled us on construction, gave us choices and helped us make the right decisions. Unfortunately, building our dream home is on hold for now but Warren will definitely be involved when that changes.
