"Cer Custom Renovations did an excellent job on a complex remodel. Jose was professional, accommodating, and produced an outstanding result. We recommend them and would use them again. No project this complex is without hiccups, but when they happened Cer Custom Renovations came through. Well done."

"Excellent! Nick has accomplished all my requests while building my house. My dream kitchen is now a reality!"

"Great, a few issues with scheduling and supplies but nothing unexpected. The finished product was exactly what was wanted."

"Started out well. but as we moved along. Patrick never returned phone calls or responded to emails. Did not schedule an inspection on the new room addition roof which caused us a 4 to 6 week delay for new roof. Hit rainy season. Never came to inspect or follow up with problems dealing with sub contractors (Electrician, HVAC). Could not deliver on the flooring we wanted. Never updated blueprints to subcontractors so work was done that we did not need nor were others rebid at a lower rate. We caught the mistakes and lowered final payment. Painting of room where walls meet ceiling was done free hand no edger used. Colors ran so very sloppy. Did not put tarp on roof so we had water damage in another room. Tried to charge us again for work that we already paid for. Happy with room"

"Loay Jabbar provided the information I needed quickly and clearly. I immediately signed up for full coverages for our two homes because of the discounts offered and because of the quality of service that Loay is saying and promising Choice Home Warranty provides to its customers. I have bad experiences with other home warranty companies so I am hoping I found the best company that would deliver the best service."

"Went great! we were able to rent the house we loved . Process was great and my questions were answered immediately. Cassie Ott provides great customer service and made the process easy ."

"Very satisfied with the professionalism, pricing and results. Definitely going to hire them again for any home repair or service I may need. They were very polite and respectful. The tub is 25 years old and with what they had to work with, I am extremely happy with the results! Thank you!"

"Our experience with VM Construction for our fireplace project was superb. From the initial consultation to the final installation, their professionalism and commitment to quality were exemplary. The team's craftsmanship was outstanding, ensuring every detail was perfect. They maintained a tidy work area and communicated effectively throughout the process.
