Terrible! Handy sends pros that are new and some travel over 2 hrs. and complain about it. Each week they would send someone new that was also new with Handy and then half would not show up. They would always offer a credit for the no-shows but I had company coming and needed the cleaning not the credit after the fact.

EXTREMELY NOT PROFESSIONAL! I called this company to try and get a gift certificate for my wife as a Christmas present. The lady who I spoke with said that many people were doing this and that it was no problem, all they needed was me to send them an email with details such as what I wanted and how many square feet the house was. I quickly sent the email (within an hour) and waited for a response. I checked daily my spam and inbox for a week and received nothing. The following Monday I called the number back and went to voicemail. I called 4 times throughout the day and never got them to answer. I received a text from the number a bit later stating that they were in a bad service area how could they help. After a brief exchange I gave them MY email to send me quotes for both deep cleaning and just a cleaning. Again I waited as Christmas approaches and received nothing. I texted them back at 9 am on the 23rd of DEC stating that I still had not received any emails to which I got no answer all day. This company clearly does not want my business or need any new business. I highly suggest finding someone else to use and believe thoroughly that if they can’t manage to send out a quote in 3 weeks they should not be trusted in your home.

Moms with mops is extremely professional, thorough and responsive. I receive 2-3 reminder texts/emails prior to my scheduled service, and a text when the tech is on the way, and again when service is complete. Before the scheduling service, you sign a contract that outlines what their basic service includes, along with their restrictions and requirements. You can also sign up for add-on services beyond the basic service. For us, for example, we ask them to clean our screened in deck which gets coated in pollen regularly, and that helps us enjoy it more. The first service is a deep DEEP clean; they’re there all day. Everything from blinds to ceiling fans, baseboards and behind appliances. That first appointment is more expensive, and then everything else is maintenance cleaning...everything on your contract. I’ve never found anything not cleaned to my expectations, and Melissa is very clear to let us know if we did, to let her know and they’d correct it immediately. We love coming home on the days Moms with Mops techs have been there...one of our favorite bonus luxuries is perfectly fluffed couch cushions that we can sink in to. Highly highly recommend.
