From the time we called, and asked for an estimate, they responded the very next day. Kenneth himself inspected the existing roof and provided a written estimate and explained what issues should be addressed. After obtaining other estimates, I chose Russell Roofing. I have been more than pleased with personalized care, price, quality of materials, timeframe, and day by day updates made this major project hassle free. A man of his word and extremely easy to work with; I highly recommend him.

THe representative, Mr. Thomas, at the beginning was great. While we were signing the contract and even while the job was taking place he was very attentive.  His employees, not so good. Very sloppy, NO respect towards any plants, decor or lighting around the roof or yard.  Broke many plants, a spot light and worst of all, they left a hole in the side of roof.  I asked Mr. Thomas when they would come and repair the hole, and he said Friday, March 13th.  It is now March 18th and I still have not heard from Mr. Thomas or any one in this company!  They asked for the check (I had to make the check to the owners name so they could pay their employees) came to pick it up at my office and once they cashed it immediately.  After this, I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!  NO response to calls or texts.  Took the money and dissapeared!
I still have my hole and my plants are dead.
I had two more families interested in this company to change their roofs. It goes without saying they will NOT be using this companies services.The representative was very nice, cooperative and a gentlemen while signing our contract.  While the job was being performed, M

Mr Russell came to the location on time to give me an estimate, found the leak on the roof, explained to me what caused the leak and gave me several options for fixing it. I chose the one I thought was best and he was able to correct the problem in a very reasonable amount of time. He took before and after photos for me as well. I was very pleased with his service and professionalism and will use him again when I need a roofer.

All went well. On time. He advised that my roof would not need repair for the next 25 years.

The company was responsive to our messages and followed up promptly with us. Left the work site clean of materials.

I was very pleased with Ken and his team. Ken was very knowledgeable and gave me detailed information to help me in deciding on which materials to use for the roof. He was always unfailingly polite and available to address any questions or concerns. He kept me informed every step of the way. Workers were always on time and polite and our job was actually completed ahead of schedule. Thank you!!

I had purchased a discount coupon from Living Social for Kenneth Russell Roof Contracting and called for an estimate to repair two leaks in my roof, one where the garage roof line intersects the house and the roof of the sunroom. Both leaks had been around for a long time, as the previous owner had hid them when we purchase the house in May 2009. Ken came to the house and was very nice. He gave me a verbal estimate of $1800 to repair both leaks, including having to replace all the wood and tile over the small sunroom ( 8x11). He also offered for an additional $1700 to pressure clean and seal the entire roof with professional sealant. I agreed to the price of $3500 for the entire project. He never gave me anything in writing. He had a worker at the house the next morning pressure cleaning and applying the sealant. The next morning two additional workers showed up and began to work on the roof repairs. They were on time and very polite. Ken called me late into the second day and said they had had to replace all of the wood in the sunroom roof and it would be an additional $500. He also said they would be finished in the morning the next day and he would be there to meet me. The next morning Ken never showed up, but his guys finished the job and did a mostly great job cleaning up, again they were on time and very polite. When one of the workers asked for the check, I only paid the agreed upon amount, not the additional $500 for wood that had been included in the original verbal estimate. I never heard from Ken again, nor did I receive a receipt or the promised two year warranty. While I am very happy with the work completed and have high regards for the crew, I was very dissapointed that Ken tried to up the price when they were 80% complete, especially when I know he really over charged me for the pressure cleaning and sealant. My roof is probably 20 years old and I know it will have to be replaced in the next 5-8 years and while I was very pleased with the quality of work I will not be calling Russell Roof Contracting or recommending them due to Ken's shady request for additional funds. Today I sent a letter requesting an itemized receipt, information on the sealant used and the two year warranty by the end of the week or I would be filing a complaint with the BBB.
