Best remodel designers near Clermont, FL

"We used S & W Kitchens to remodel our guest and master bathrooms at our condo in Cocoa Beach. Justin our designer was awesome to work with along with the Super Carlos and all the other workers who did the remodel. Both bathrooms turned out better than we could have imagined. Everyone we worked with was very professional and helpful. I highly recommend them!"

"We had Leo and his crew work on all aspects of our home remodel: tile floor demo and new luxury vinyl, bath demo and remodel, and kitchen demo and remodel. They were communicative, courteous, prompt, and clean. Leo always kept us in the loop regarding decisions to be made and treated each aspect as if it was his own home. We are thrilled with the results continue to refer Quadrati to our friends for their projects. I will be using them for all future projects as well!"

"Great work on the remodeling! The team did a fantastic job with attention to detail and craftsmanship. The project was completed in a timely manner, and the end result exceeded our expectations. Communication was excellent throughout the process, and any concerns or questions were addressed promptly. The remodeling company demonstrated professionalism, expertise, and creativity in transforming our space into a beautiful and functional area. We are extremely satisfied with the outcome and would highly recommend your services. Thank you for a job well done!"

"Hire these guys!.They are the best there is in terms of quality and affordability."

"We are in the middle of a first floor remodel, which I think is more relevant than a review done at the end of the project when everything is new and shiny, because we are really in the thick of it right now. We are living totally upstairs and can t use our first floor at all because of the kitchen remodel and taking down walls, moving a bathroom, etc. Yet I can honestly say, Alex and his crew are phenomenal. They are here 7-5 M-F and have worked quite a few Saturdays to keep our project moving. They are super knowledgeable, easy to be around, honest, conscientious and neat. Alex is always available and checks in with us in person and on the phone frequently. My only regret is that I haven t let Alex make all of our design decisions from the start. He says he s not a designer, but he flips house on the side and the houses he flips are GORGEOUS. When he shows us pictures of his work as examples we find ourselves saying- make our house look exactly like that! He s like Chip and Joanna Gaines rolled into one with a contemporary eye, but he can work with any style. He really knows his stuff inside and out from demolition to framing, installation, design, you name it! We ve hired other companies before, and interviewed quite a few for this project, but Quintessential takes the cake. Best decision ever!!!"

"I want to recommend anyone looking for closet design and organization work to contact Design Wood Style. They were able to maximize our closet space and installed a beautiful handcrafted system within one week of the design approval. Top quality work and quick and clean installation. I give them 10 stars!"

"The construction done by Lucky and his sons was excellent! The new addition was built stronger than our house! I don’t know that we could have a better job from anyone else. We met Lucky after speaking with 8 other contractors, he had already googled our house so he had an idea of the job before he got here whereas the other contractors wanted pictures first. I liked his confidence and knowledge and he was also an engineer which was reflected in his workmanship. His design was better then we expected or even thought of. As a general contractor he doesn’t always do the site work but he was here much of the time checking on the job. His two sons did most of the hard work and not only were they extremely knowledgeable they were very pleasant to have working in your home. Lucky expected a lot from any of his subcontractors any made sure it was done right and calling them back if he wasn’t satisfied (the concrete guys did a sloppy job on the exterior concrete, not affecting the construction just the outside look of it. Lucky made them come back and fix it without us even having to ask. Anything we asked he went above and beyond to do. Lucky’s contract was the most detailed contract we’d seen protecting both parties. The job took one month longer then expected which I’m sure is normal in construction but due to issues out of his control, like two hurricanes. His initial quote was within the same range as most the others. The job ran $5,000 over budget but that was due to changes made and cost involved was explained first with the option to move forward with it or not. Things like we were going to try and save an existing sliding door that was 28 years old we changed to a nice French door that of course was an additional cost. A budget was set up and explained at the signing of the contract and some things ran higher then projected like concrete, the family room was built over an existing Florida room so the concrete had to be leveled to bring the floor up so there was no longer a step down which cost more. The budget cost was based on a step down which we changed deciding wanted it level. Extra costs were from our changes. If we had not made changes we would have been on budget. I don’t think construction is ever a pleasant experience but I think Lucky and his team got us through it. We most certainly would hire him again."

"I was very impressed with Greg Badal and his crew, They were very professional in their conduct and all the work was done on time. We have a flat roof whuch leaked badly during the rainy season and needed to be fixed though I did not have a clear idea of how to go about redesigning a roof without expensive design people involved. Greg helped me find a simpler solution and did the work very much to my satisfaction. I would recommend him very highly. He is trustworthy and did a superior job ! Kudos !"

"The whole remodeling project was made easy with Mike Stopperich guiding us through every step of the way. Mike provided us with many samples to choose from. Not only did we remodel the kitchen and bathrooms which were 31 years old, but we replaced the flooring in every room and had the entire interior repainted. The tradesmen that performed the work were all very skilled in their trades and were very professional and personable. I highly recommend The Kitchen and Bath Store of Orlando for any kitchen or bath remodeling."

"Justin & Jared were polite and professional, and delivered my bathtub replacement exactly as designed. Thank you."
