The team at Quintessential Renovations Inc. did a fantastic job replacing the cabinets in my kitchen! I could not be happier! Highly recommend them! They had the best customer service, all of their workers were friendly, clean, on time, and highly respectful. They did all of the correct prep work on the job and they really respected my home and belongings. They used great drop cloths and covered everything! They did almost all of the work in just two days and the entire project was completed in less than a week. Their estimate was right on the money and they worked so hard to keep things right where I needed them to be financially. They came up with creative solutions to my storage needs, designed some cool new corner cabinets, and gave me the greatest deal on the top of the line countertops that I just rave about! Everyone who came into my house was well spoken, super polite, and efficient and knowledgeable. Huge shout out to Nick Lyons and his whole team at Lyons Cabinetry Solutions and to Alex Jensen, the wonderful General Contractor who helped modernize my kitchen. Everything about dealing with them was a pleasure. Their communication was top notch.

I never received a quote. Alex came out, late, I had to text him after 15min of not knowing if he was going to show up. He had wonderful ideas, did measurements, and told us he would have a quote in a few days. I contacted him after a few days and he said he was on the beach with bad reception. He told me he would send it in the morning. I reached out to him a day later. No response. its been a week and a half now. NO RESPONSE- I will have to agree with other reviews that sound exactly like mine-I guess he did not want the business.

We had an excellent experience working with Quintessential Renovations! From start to finish, Alex and the team were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful. They worked directly with our insurance company to ensure everything was covered — we only paid our deductible and the upgrades we personally chose to add. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was outstanding. We’re so happy with the results and highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable and honest contractor.

Hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel my primary bathroom. I had a vision for it and they helped fulfill it. Other remodeling firms wanted to do it there way and charge more. Quintessential did excellent work at a reasonable price. I would use them again.

Alex and the team at Quintessential Renovations were great from the first time we met them. Alex showed up promptly to give us a quote and, unlike the 3 other companies we met with. Gave us an estimate with a breakdown of costs in addition to spending time upfront to explain what needed to be done, and what his crew would handle. The Quintessential team tackled the permitting process (even for the drain tile work performed by another company), complete tear out of the finished basement down to concrete, and the rebuild. Scheduling was complex due to the multi-step process and our request for time to make sure the drain tile repair worked through the spring rains, but Alex made it all work perfectly. The entire team of guys was amazing to work with and went out of their way to ensure our comfort with what they were doing and our satisfaction with the work. They kept the rest of the house clean, and always cleaned up carefully when they left. I have never seen the attention to detail with cleaning displayed by this crew. They went above and beyond helping to move things back into the remodeled space. They turned our dark and musty basement into space we want to spend time in and will actually enjoy using ourselves, and entertaining guests while remaining very close to the quoted price. Absolutely incredible transformation.

Everyone at Quintessential Renovations are professional, kind, efficient, trustworthy, helpful, and easy to talk to. They helped me get through a messy insurance claim. Working with Alex and his team made the claims process a lot easier. I would definitely hire them again!

Working with Alex and the team at Quintessential was a wonderful experience. Alex kept us updated every step of the way with what was planned for each day and what time to expect the crew. The crew was friendly, clean, and most importantly did quality work. Our basement is beautiful, and it is a much more usable and functional space now. We are very happy with our choice to work with Quintessential.

We hired Quintessential Renovations to remodel an old, run-down basement in a 100 year old house. Alex impressed us right away with his ideas for the project. It wasn't just us telling him what we wanted, but rather Alex actively building on our ideas and suggesting options. Quintessential was the second highest of four bids but we went with them because Alex conveyed to us, more than any other bidder, that he would have sufficient attention to detail and deliver a fully finished look. Believing this was the best value, we went with Alex. We were not disappointed. Alex had great ideas throughout the project and we love our new basement. The skilled workers that are actually employees of Quintessential, the carpenter and electrician, are fantastic. On time, reasonably cleaned up, courteous, happy to hear our concerns during the project - really top rate professionals. A few issues arose with the subbed out drywall and painting, but this was rectified when Alex was also unhappy with the work and brought in a better crew at no cost to us to finish the work. We also had an issue with the supply of new custom windows that dragged out for many months, but in the end Alex was (finally) able to find a suitable supplier on the third try and the windows look great. Would hire again.

We are in the middle of a first floor remodel, which I think is more relevant than a review done at the end of the project when everything is new and shiny, because we are really in the thick of it right now. We are living totally upstairs and can t use our first floor at all because of the kitchen remodel and taking down walls, moving a bathroom, etc. Yet I can honestly say, Alex and his crew are phenomenal. They are here 7-5 M-F and have worked quite a few Saturdays to keep our project moving. They are super knowledgeable, easy to be around, honest, conscientious and neat. Alex is always available and checks in with us in person and on the phone frequently. My only regret is that I haven t let Alex make all of our design decisions from the start. He says he s not a designer, but he flips house on the side and the houses he flips are GORGEOUS. When he shows us pictures of his work as examples we find ourselves saying- make our house look exactly like that! He s like Chip and Joanna Gaines rolled into one with a contemporary eye, but he can work with any style. He really knows his stuff inside and out from demolition to framing, installation, design, you name it! We ve hired other companies before, and interviewed quite a few for this project, but Quintessential takes the cake. Best decision ever!!!

Alex and the team at Quintessential Renovations are great! When we were trying to get our bathroom remodeled we received multiple quotes. We chose Alex and his team because not only was Alex knowledgable but he was willing to work with us to get our design down for such a small space while others were quick to say no. They were also efficient, valued our time and were considerate about cleanliness. Now we only trust Quintessential Renovations for all our projects and will continue to recommend them to other families.

Can't say enough about Quintessential Renovations Inc! Alex and his crew delivered above and beyond our expectations. They put a new bathroom in our basement, replaced all of our interior doors throughout the house, laid new flooring in two other bathrooms and fixed water damage. They came everyday and were on time!! The craftsmanship was outstanding! Will absolutely use them for future projects.

They were incredibley professional even when the principals were not here, they were respectful, clean. I would hire them again.

Alex was very friendly and professional when came in and explained how things need to be done. we were suppose to remodel the whole basement but due to other reasons just wanted to add heat to Basement and Alex was OK doing this and Paul was there to handle the job and was on time and accommodated me for Saturday . The job was well done and very neat and cleaned up after the job. We also had lot of doors to be fixed . Paul was very patient and handled all the small small jobs we had in a very skilled manner. He almost fixed everything in the home & was very accomodative to our requests. We really don't meet people like Paul and now Alex & Paul would be my go to guys for every remodeling needs or handyman services at our home.. THANKS A TON PAUL & ALEX!!

Alex and Bryne did a great job remodeling my laundry room. Alex did a great job laying out the ceramic tile floor - I really love the way it looks and have received tons of compliments already. Both are conscientious and hard working. They got most of the job done quick (about a week), so that I didn't have to go to the laundromat. Would definitely recommend this team!
