He weed whacked some of my plants, almost knocked down my birdhouse, cut up my dogs cable and didn?t even apologize when I pointed it out. Customer service was awful. Would not reply to text to inform you when our why he didn?t show up to do the lawn. Even if you had a concern about his work he would just ignore the message until he showed up again."
