Lightman Lighting & Electrical Inc is owner operated. My name is Drake Flournoy and I take care of all our customers with friendly service. I have been working for the last 20 years and have many Commercial and Residential jobs completed.. Many jobs that others would not attempt. I have been a referral based business for years. We are licensed and insured electrical contractors. ER13012749 Our labor rate is set in the price for the job. We can give prices over the phone form some jobs but would be glad to schedule an appointment to give and estimate at no charge. Our great customers keep us about a week or two scheduled out. Drake has done several jobs for us in the past couple of years. He is always professional, courteous and prompt. The work is always clean and neat and any construction debris is always removed. Replacing a few things and tweaking a few more improved the situation but has not fully rectified the problem, so I'll be calling Lightman again to schedule a visit.
I hired Drake Flournoy from Lightman Electrical to see what could be done for protection at my work shed where the pump and fuse box is. He installed an 8' ground rod, wired in a circuit interrupter thing on the fuse box, and repaired the wiring at my well controller box. He also removed and improved the old connections that were originally there. He also finished a years-old-unfinished lighting problem out in the shed.
His work was extremely professional, and he was probably the cleanest and tidiest workman I've ever seen! He explained what he was doing, and how the stuff worked, in a very easy to understand way. I was very impressed with the quality of his work. Plus, he came when he said he would. He didn't mind doing any extra that improved the things I needed done.I will definitely hire him again, as we would like to add some lighting, and a fan, and plenty of other things around the place here. You definitely get your money's worth from him.
