"5/21/25 When scheduling he gives you a day and not a time. So you have to go back and ask him what time. He gives you a time but he never shows up at the agreed upon time. He was 2 hours late. The time before that he stopped in the middle of my lawn was doing the neighbor's yard and had to go ask him to come back and finish up my yard. Canceled service. 5/22/25 - Update - called me yelling me about this review. He was unhinged, mad, and agitated. Agitated. I tried to explain to him that if he gives me a time he should not show up 2 hours late from the time given. He would not listen. He just was yelling and screaming I had to hang up. He called again and did the same thing so I had to hang up again. The third time he called I just will not take his calls. He doesn't understand that his word means nothing and giving you a time and not honoring that time is disrespectful. 5/22/25"

The final inspection didn't pass and they just abandoned the job. Also, the roof looks terrible because their poor workmanship. They agreed to perform some repairs to fix the issues, but instead they disappeared. They have collected almost $28,000.00."

We even have a witness. He deposits our check. HOA does not approve the screen and we want our deposit back. He says too late, he already made the screen, which we told him don’t do. Too bad he says , I already made the screen and put you in the line for installation. We gave him $1000 deposit. Garage floor sealers last anywhere from one to 10 years on average, depending on the type of sealer you use and the traffic it’s exposed to. Acrylic sealers have the shortest longevity, whereas most other options can last anywhere from five to 10 years. If you use an acrylic sealant to protect against stains, reapply every one to two years. Reapply other types of concrete sealers every five years for the best results and maximum protection.
