"Highly recommend Josh Roberts and Fixation Remodel and Restoration! I first found then when looking for our maintenance man to w/saw to shave off a couple of shelves we bought that were to big. I saw Josh and his crew working on another condo building. I asked if we could borrow their saw, he said we could take it or he could have one of his guys cut them for us! He would take nothing for helping us. What impressed me most was it was at the end of the day and they were packing up. They VACUMNED the parking area where they were sawing boards and tile! I asked for his card since neighbors always looking for contractors. A couple weeks later, after getting a ridiculously high estimate from Lowes to install our bathroom cabinets, I called Josh for a competitive estimate. His prices were very reasonable, so we hired him to remodel our bathrooms, using the KraftMaid cabinets we ordered from Lowes. His crew showed up for the tear out and they closed off the kitchen, dining room and living room w/a "hazmat" style "tent" to prevent any dust from getting SE areas! He even put a zipper in so I could come and go! Amazingly clean and neat! They did an outstanding job on both our baths. Josh is a master craftsman and went above and beyond the call of duty for building out and installing matching cabinet doors on our linen closet! Required a lot of extra time and design to make them work. The project took longer than it should have, but that was not Josh's fault. One of my cabinets was damaged and took a few weeks to remake and ship. Other minor issues, again, not because of Josh. You will NOT be disappointed in hiring this great young man to do your project! Can't say enough good things about him and his work!"
