"The crew showed up on time and worked very quickly, perhaps a bit too quickly. I don't think they paid enough attention to what they were doing. They were very friendly. That's the good news. Every possible thing that could be installed backwards was done so. The air chambers were clearly marked "this side up" and were upside down. The mattress outer envelope was inside out. The air hoses were cross-connected so the wrong side of the bed adjusted when you used the remote control. Either the person who assembled it rushed, couldn't read or I don't know what. Not the end of the world, but I had to completely take the bed apart and start all over. Kind of disappointing.
